Eid Greatings
This is 2013 when the Girls of the Wahiba tribe on Masirah Island stand on their front porch before going to give Eid greetings during Eid-al-Adha. Notice how three girls are wearing the same dress, which traditionally means they are from the same family (in this display, these are three sisters). Eid is a special day to dress in new clothes and wear make up for beautiness and perfumes; the girls' eyes are lined with kohl (an oil based, black eye make up) and their hair has been pulled into braids and buns. Girls of the Wahiba tribe are very likes this dress 2013.
